When signing up to class or contacting Denise your email and information will not be shared with any third parties. The use of your email is for Denise to be able to contact you if there are any changes to a class, follow up emails and keeping up to date with classes. If you are not ok with this, please let Denise know.

 

Refunds:

Refunds are not accepted for missed or cancelled classes / terms once you have booked in.

 

Cancellation of behalf of Denise:

If a class is cancelled by Denise you will receive a refund or an alternative class date. 

 

Liability:

Denise accepts no liability for any previous or new injury or damages caused by taking part in classes offered. Ensure to tell Denise of any conditions you may have before class, this also includes Pre and Post Natal. By booking any class, you hereby waive any rights to claim against Denise for any previous or new injury or damage caused.

 

By booking into a Class with Denise, you are accepting these terms and conditions and waive all rights to claim against Denise for the above.
